OK Dive Resort

Per its official site (okdive.kr), 'OK Dive Resort' has operated for 13+ years, with branch 1 in Sokcho/Goseong (Cheonjin), about 2 hours from Seoul, and branch 2 in Iho Tewoo, Jeju (crew: Lee Su-young heads the Sokcho branch, Seo In-ho the Jeju branch, with Ohr Hyun-seok as supporter). The Cheonjin branch offers diving plus lodging and meals in one place, a 70-car private lot, modern gear, and a dive point right out front. It is ~5 km from Sokcho Bus Terminal with free pickup (no drop-off) on prior reservation. Package courses include Open Water or Advanced (choose one), 1 night/2 days for KRW 500,000, and combined Open Water+Advanced, 2 nights/3 days for KRW 890,000, all including lodging, meals, certification and full rental; freediving, rescue, emergency first response, divemaster and instructor courses are also offered. Goseong's East Sea coast is known for rocky terrain, clear water and good visibility, with sea cliffs, seaweed, soft coral, octopus and amberjack, supporting shore, boat and breakwater diving.
