Sokcho Scuba Center (SSC)

About

An SSI dive center in Yeongnang-dong, Sokcho (Gangwon), near Yeongnangho lagoon. Run by Kim Gyeong-hyeok, it is a large East Sea scuba center with an indoor training pool, a seminar room, a beach-point safety deck in front, plus a restaurant, cafe and gear shop. It offers try dives, SSI courses (Open Water to Master/Instructor), fun diving (shore/boat) and gear rental, working Sokcho offshore boat points (Manhattan, London Tower, Table Stone, Venice). Documented use by foreign divers exists. The official website domain is currently unreachable, so verify current operating status by phone.
