A dive resort near the Sinchang Windmill coastal road in Hangyeong, northwestern Jeju. Operated by ARK Co., Ltd. (CEO Cho Yun-seong) under the dive-center brand ARK Dive Center. It exclusively operates its own underwater theme park 'Jeju Marine Ranch' — promoted as 'Asia's largest' (about 8x the size of Yeouido) — with 40+ man-made dive points (artificial reefs, coral garden, dolphin statue, etc.) at 5-30 m depth, offering try-dives, certification courses, and fun-dive tours. A one-stop resort with 4 training pools, its own boats, and lodging (premium/business/family-ondol/dormitory). Also runs marine-experience programs (haenyeo experience, tidal-flat foraging, boat fishing, snorkeling). Located on a coastal road famous for its windmills and sunsets.
