Jeju
The southernmost volcanic island of the Korean Peninsula. Shaped by the Kuroshio Current, it boasts world-class soft coral colonies, sheer walls and subtropical fish. Diving centers on the uninhabited islands of Munseom, Beomseom and Seopseom off Seogwipo.

Soft coral seas
shaped by warm currents
The diving hub is the trio of uninhabited islands off Seogwipo — Munseom, Beomseom and Seopseom. Under the influence of the Kuroshio Current, world-class soft coral colonies, sheer wall terrain and subtropical fish come together. Currents run strong depending on the tide, so boat and drift diving dominate, and visibility varies with the season.

A sea where natural monuments rest
Munseom and Beomseom form a nature reserve (Natural Monument No. 421) and part of the Jeju Island Biosphere Reserve. The soft coral colony along the Seogwipo coast is designated Natural Monument No. 442. Diving in these protected waters calls for a matching degree of care.
