Fishing and scuba diving are allowed without individual permit or report in the surrounding waters (about 9,006,410 m²). However, the island's land area (about 190,412 m²) remains access-restricted, and the conditions below must be observed.
Decompression illness treatment available (Seogwipo, Jeju). Confirm 24-hour emergency availability in advance; in an emergency, prioritize the 119/DAN hotline.
