Dive center near Seogwipo Port (5-min walk after Bus #601). The name 'Big Blue 33' refers to the uninhabited islets lying on the 33rd parallel. Boat diving on the walls and soft-coral gardens of Munseom, Beomseom, and Seopseom; well known for catering to English-speaking foreign divers.

Widely regarded as the only foreigner-oriented English-speaking dive shop on Jeju; the official website is primarily in English with an online booking form, WhatsApp, and email. Founder Ralf Deutsch (German), fluent in English/German/Korean, ran it for ~20 years, but per a dive blog update he has since moved on and the shop is under new ownership (the © 2025 website is still active). Confirm the current team's English support in advance.
